Community, Social & Civic Participation
Being part of your community is important for connection and wellbeing.
We support participants to join in activities that match their interests — whether that’s going to a local event, joining a class, volunteering, or catching up with friends. Our support workers make sure you feel safe, included, and confident while building skills and friendships in the community.

Domestic Assistance
A safe, tidy, and well-organised home makes daily life better.
We can help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks that may feel hard to manage alone. Our team doesn’t just do the work for you — we encourage you to be part of it, so you build skills and independence while keeping your home comfortable and welcoming.

Travel & Transportation
Getting where you need to go should never be a barrier.
We provide safe and reliable transport to medical appointments, school, work, or community and social activities. Our support workers make sure every trip is comfortable and stress-free, and we can also help you learn how to use public transport if that’s one of your goals. With Noah’s Haven, transport is more than a ride — it’s the freedom to stay connected.

Support Coordination
NDIS can feel confusing, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Our Support Coordination service helps you understand your plan, choose the right providers, and make sure your funding is used in the best way for your goals. We work with you to build skills, grow independence, and stay in control of your own supports. With Noah’s Haven, you’ll have a trusted guide beside you every step of the way.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living is about having the help you need to live in your own home — safely, comfortably, and with as much independence as possible.
Our SIL service provides daily support in areas like cooking, cleaning, personal care, and building life skills, while encouraging you to take part in household decisions and routines. Whether you live on your own or share with others, our team is here to make sure your home life is supportive, respectful, and empowering.
