Our Support Coordination service is designed to guide you through your plan, connect you with the right services, and build your confidence so you can take control and live your best life.
What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps you make the most of your NDIS plan. It’s a funded support under the Capacity Building budget of your plan.
There are three levels of support coordination…
01. Support Connection – For participants who need help to start using their plan, connect to supports and build initial skills.
02. Coordination of Supports – For participants who need ongoing help to organise, monitor and coordinate their supports and services.

We’ll check in regularly, evaluate what’s working/not working, adjust plans and supports, and continue building your capacity.

A: No — it depends on your individual plan, goals, level of support needs and whether your plan includes that funding under Capacity Building.

A: Yes. You can choose who provides your support coordination services — registered or unregistered depending on level.

Plan Management deals with the financial side of your plan (paying invoices, managing budget). Support Coordination helps you understand, use and coordinate your supports and services.

A: If you have significant challenges or high support needs, you may have Specialist Support Coordination funded. We can help you identify if that’s your case.
